I was given a bottle of A-1 by a friend, and found it to have the finest flavor of any that I have tried. Used as a dipping sauce with stuffed Chinese or Japanese dumplings is simply "Heaven on Earth". Many other uses as well. Wish you had a store near me, but I will order online.
