Balado Ayam (Chicken in Chili Sauce), was created according to its original Padang recipe. It's also good to make Balado Telor (Boiled Egg in Chili Sauce). Balado is one of the signature dishes in any Padang Restaurant. Chicken or hard-boiled egg are recommended. This seasoning makes any meal deliciously spicy. It comes with enough seaosning to coat a whole chicken. Can be frozen to use for leftovers for up to a month.

I've been trying a lot of different types of Indonesian seasonings, but this one is my favorite! Its tastes so delicious and the chicken doesn't dry out at all! Everyone should give this one a try :-D
