Indonesian Salad dressing with ground nuts included. Gado-gado pengantin is a delicious salad consisting of green lettuce, cucumber, boiled cabbage, boiled egg, and fried tofu cubes. The sauce is easily prepared by adding warm water to the seasoning packet which already contains ground peanuts. Sprinkle with fried melinjo crackers for added crunch.
