What is Indomie? Indomie is a brand of instant noodle by Indofood, the largest instant noodle manufacturer in Indonesia with 72% of market share. Sold at grocery stores, village mom and pop shops and even from the basket of bicycles, Indomie calls for nothing more than hot water and a packet of chemical-induced flavoring.

Indomie Ingredients:

• 2 packets of Indomie

• ¼ red onion

• ½ clove of garlic

• 1 Ata Rodo

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 2 cooking spoons of stew

• Shredded meat

• Handful of parsley, chopped

• Cup of Water

Indomie Preparation:

1. Dice the onions, the ata rodo and garlic, set aside

2. In a saucepan, heat up the olive oil and fry the diced ingredients for 1 min.

3. Add a cup of water to the saucepan, followed by the stew and the indomie seasoning

4. Bring this to a boil and this will create peppered stock

5. Add the indomie noodles and boil for 5-7 min.
