3.5 oz Package of Sauteed Grated Coconut 

Spicy sauteed coconut flakes. Made by sauteing grated coconut. That's only the first half though. The second bit involves an aromatic and spicy combination of spices such as: onions, chili, garlic, onion, coriander, turmeric, sugar, tamarind, bay/lime leaves, and a dash of galangal powder. These spices form the seasoning paste that is then fried with the coconut flakes. The end result? An intricately sweet and spicy coconut dish that pairs nicely as a side dish to rice.
