Es Alpukat Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup (or chocolate condensed milk)
- 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional)
- 1tsp sweet basil seed (biji selasih)
- ½ cup crushed ice or shaved ice
- ¼ cup cold water or milk (optional, for thinner consistency)
Es Alpukat Preparation:
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Lightly mash or slice the avocado into thin strips depending on your preferred texture.
- In a serving glass, add the crushed or shaved ice.
- Add the mashed/sliced avocado over the ice.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the avocado.
- Pour chocolate syrup over the top.
- Optional: Add a little sugar and cold water or milk if you prefer a sweeter or thinner consistency.
