Es Teler Ingredients:
- 1 cup young coconut meat (fresh or from a can), thinly sliced
- 1 cup jackfruit, sliced thin
- 1 ripe avocado, cubed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1–2 tbsp Cocopandan Syrup (or to taste)
- 1 cup crushed ice or shaved ice
- Pandan leaves (optional, for fragrance)
Es Teler Preparation:
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk with pandan leaves (if using) over medium heat for 5 minutes. Do not boil. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut meat, jackfruit, and avocado.
- Pour in the cooled coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and syrup. Mix gently.
- Spoon the fruit mixture into serving cups or bowls.
- Add crushed ice or shaved ice on top.
- Drizzle with extra condensed milk or syrup if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold.
