Krupuk Ubi Kayu Ingredients:
- 1 kg. cassava, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon kapur sirih
Bumbu:
- 5 shallots
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- 2 lomboks
- 10 rawits
- cooking oil
Krupuk Ubi Kayu preparation:
- Let the cassava slices half an hour in water with kapur sirih weeks.
- Make a paste of spices and cook over low heat until a thick paste. Add vinegar to taste and let it cool.
- Dry the drained cassava slices on kitchen paper or a dry cloth. Bake the cassava slices in hot oil half cooked.
- Put them next to each other on kitchen paper and make sure they do not stick together.
