What is Rempeyek Kacang? Rempeyek Kacang is a peanut brittle heck generally made of flour mixed with water so that the dough and stuffing materials given as peanuts , salted fish and even a little , until the moths or grasshoppers.

Rempeyek Kacang Ingredients:

Crunchy Peanut crisp

  • 400 grams of rice flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon of tapioca flour
  • 1/2 kg of peanuts, shelled first

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 250 cc coconut milk
  • 100 cc of water
  • 1 egg

  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil to taste

Rempeyek Kacang Preparation:
